For the first 2 weeks your supposed to eat 20 carbs a day right? What happens if one day you eat more like 30 carbs, do you have to start the 2 weeks over?
You don't need to start over. The reason you're cutting down that low is to get into ketosis. If you've been in ketosis for a few days, chances are the extra 10g won't be a horrible set back for you.
If you're not already in ketosis, it may just prolong the wait an extra day.
Be careful with those 10g also. Were they healthy carbs or from fake foods like sugar-free candy? Those are bad ones... the sugar alcohol can dramatically slow you down when on induction and all-out prevent you from reaching ketosis or losing any weight.
Keep it simply with basic foods for the first two weeks. If you had 30g carbs today, cut yourself to 10 tomorrow to jump-start it again. But no need to start the whole induction phase over again.
