Hello everyone.
I started the induction on feb 4 and I have
lost a total of 5.5lbs as of feb 8. I am so
excited. I have the will power to go on and
on when I see such results. I have tried
all kinds of diets low fat, low calorie you
name it I've tried it. This is the only diet
that has worked for me and I love being on it. It is not as hard as I thought it would be. Well I was wondering if it was OK to take
a one of day vit or if I should get another kind. Thank You

Flower,

I recommend the Atkins Basic #3 vitamins, simply because he customized them for low-carbers.

I'd also take some extra potassium, as deficiency can be dangerous and very common on this diet.

I agree with Tiffany about the Atkins #3.. and also urge you to take Atkins Essential Oils.. the vitamins made by Atkins are diet specific.. for the food that you are not going to be eating much of..
Good Luck!

Atkins Basic #3 is wonderful. I also have tried the GNC brand Multi-Mega Women's Vitamin. (I think that's the name of it.) I really like it also.

I think that my next go around though, I will be switching back to the Atkins brand. I feel more comfortable on it, since it is designed for low-carb woe.
