Hi,
Can I have a few ounces of Diet Rite cola with a meal during the induction week? I'm tired of water with everything...

I don't see why not. I am able to drink it during induction.

Try it. If you notice a stall (a period of no loss,) then go back to water. Just be sure that you don't count the soda as part of your daily water intake.
