This is my first day of Atkins diet. I was trying the carb add diet but found out it allowed me to have to many carbs, and I got carried away during dinner. I'm looking for
friends who are willing to help me along the
way. Today at the gym they started a weight loss program. We all put 5 dollars in and the one who loses the most weight within 2 months win. Wish me much success.
165lbs to start.

Good Luck to you and to myself - I'm on my 2nd week of Induction. Lost 1 inch on my waist, and about 3 pounds. Went a little crazy with the chicken wings for Super Bowl last night, but got right back on track this morning and even did 1 and 1/2 hrs aerobics! Is this your first time trying Atkins? It's mine and I was skeptical last week because the first week I felt real yucky, but stick with it. I feel much better this week!

Yes Pooh this is my first time trying atkins.
My sister went on a low carb diet and lost
65lbs in about 5 months. She was 300 plus pounds. She remain on the diet and I'm so pround of her. Her goal is for me not to reconize her when I see her. Yesterday we kind of hard. I had a headache and had to
rest for a while. Today is much better I
took my vit and ate 2 pieces of turkey bacon
and 2 eggs for breakfast. for lunch I had a
small salad and a turkey sausage. I feel
full and ready exercise.
Good Luck everyone today.

A headache (and feeling tired) is usually a sign that your potassium is low. You can buy a potassium supplement very inexpensively at any drugstore and some supermarkets and have about four pills a couple of times a day.

Best of luck in your efforts!
