Hello everybody, my name is Mary and am a first time low carber, began yesterday 2/26 Thur., and can honestly say I'm feeling great. I'm anticipating the caffeine withdrawal headaches to kick in anytime soon. I was a Starbucks afficionado, a triple venti latte every morning. Anyway, I know tea's are ok to have...but are there specific ones which are better on this diet, and ones which I should stay away from? Any info. would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
