Been on Atlkins for a few weeks. Although I am in Ketosis and limit my carbs to 18-20 per day the scale is not moving for me. What am I doing wrong??? Someone please help me... I'm desperate, some menus to follow would be helpful, anything you can help me with would be helpful.

Try upping your water intake. Also, try cutting out salads for a little while if you're eating them. or any additional veggies. They can slow you down at the beginning.
Are you exercising? It definately speeds things up. if you're not, you may want to consider it.
What is your usual menu? Maybe there are hidden carbs! Let us know what you eat so we can figure out your real carb count for you.
