Total Carbs: 3 or 4, depending on whether you top with ketchup instead of ranch dressing or mustard.
Ingredients:
3 beef franks (be sure and read the labels, some brands have more net carbs than others. Mine have 1 net carb each)
1 cheese slice - not cheese food(0 net carbs per slice)
chopped onions, optional(trace)
Low-Carb ketchup, 1 net carb per Tbsp/Ranch Dressing, 0 net carbs/Mustard, 0 net carbs(your choice)
Cut franks into slices, top with slice of cheese and onions (optional). Microwave for about 30 seconds, then top with your choice of ketchup, dressing, or mustard.
*You can also put this on a low-carb tortilla and roll up for a quick and easy hot dog. Count 3 net carbs for the tortilla.
