Turkey pepperoni slices (0 net carbs and 70% less fat than regular pepperoni slices)
Cheese slices (not cheese food), or any shredded cheese (< 1 - 1 net carb)
Onions, chopped (optional)(trace)
Bell pepper, chopped (optional)(trace)
Preparation: Place tortilla on microwave-safe plate. Smooth on the ranch dressing, add *preferred toppings. (*See Note) Microwave for 1 minute and enjoy! (I roll mine up like a burrito.)
Note: I use the low-carb wheat tortillas as my bread for many things. When I get tired of the pizza version, I use low-carb or real mayonaise instead of the ranch dressing, and substitute the pepperoni with ham slices (pay attention to the carb count on ham, some brands/styles have more carbs than others do)and cheese. I also use the tortillas to make breakfast burritos (with eggs, ham/sausage, cheese, hot sauce).
