If I read it correctly, you take the total carb count and subtract the fiber. The final number is the net carbs.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, haven't been in this forum for a while.
I'm new to the low carb myself......only started about a month ago.......
The only "Phase 2" I know of are the diet phases for Atkins and South Beach (which I'm on)......I went to the local Vitamin Shoppe a while ago for a multivitamin and I'm almost done with the bottle. Plan on going back to see what else they have but I do believe Centrum came out with a "Carb Vitamin". I might try that one.

Most items now have an explanation on the package as to what you should count towards your daily carb consumption. From the "Total Carbs", you can subtract the fiber, sugar alcohol/sugar substitute and glycerine listed. In this day and age, packaging is very carb friendly. It tells you right on the front of the package (on low carb foods, that is). Hope this info helped.
