Cinnamon Pecans

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 45 min.

For 4 Servings:
· 1-1/2 tsp. cold water
· 1 egg white
· 1/2 lb. pecan halves
· 1/2 cup Splenda
· 1/2 tsp. salt
· 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Combine water and egg white in a mixing bowl. Beat until frothy. Slowly stir in pecans. In a separate bowl, mix Splenda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir pecans into this mixture. Coat well. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 275°F F for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Per serving: calories 481, fat 38.4g, 67% calories from fat, cholesterol 0mg, protein 5.5g, carbohydrates 36.1g, fiber 4.8g, sugar 27.6g, sodium 305mg, diet points 12.4.

This sounds like a great recipe, but you can cut the carbs drastically by replacing pecans with English Walnuts. They have 0 carbs.
