Thought I would list some quick snacks that I enjoy. Not very creative but they get the job done. I love new ideas if anyone else wants to share.
peanut butter or cream cheese in celery sticks
peanut butter mixed with cream cheese alone or on a wasa cracker with cinnamon and splenda sprinkled on top
deviled eggs
boiled eggs
splenda coated nuts
pepperoni nuked slices
pork rinds and dip
veggie sticks and dip
fruit and yogurt dip
a pickle wrapped with lunch meat
diet cream soda
cheese sticks
beef jerky
cold leftovers (chicken, meatloaf) you name it!

here's one:

try taking cream cheese and mixing it with. . . something and putting a bit of that inside a rolled up piece of deli meat.

For instance, take cream cheese and mix it with salt, pepper and prepared horseradish. Put a tablspoon or so inside a slice of roast beef rolled up. Awesome!

Take your cream cheese and mix it with roasted red peppers and wrap that up in ham!

Sundried tomatoes are yummy in a rollup with Turkey!

Personally, my favorite low-carb snack is dry roasted Mauna Loa macadamia nuts

This is the best recipe:

MAUNA LOA® "LOA-CARB" HAWAIIAN SPICE MACADAMIA NUTS
2 cups Mauna Loa Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
3 packets sugar substitute
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ginger

1. Heat oven to 275 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, mix egg white, water, sugar substitute, salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cayenne. Add nuts; mix until evenly coated.

3. Spread nuts in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown. Serves 8. Store in airtight container.

Nutritional information per ¼ cup serving
Carbohydrates: 4g
Fiber: 2g
Net carbs: 2g
Protein: 2g
Total Fat: 19g
Monounsaturated fat: 15g

It's really yummy!!!

A snack idea my family loves is quick and easy ...even for a quick lunch. Mix some cream cheese with your favorite flavorings such as fresh herbs, garlic or onion diced fine or sun dried tomatoes.. one of our favorites is horseradish, and put a dollop on a rice cake.. top with a slice of deli meat such as roast turkey or baked ham. It's really easy to handle on the go! Tuna mixed in with the
cream cheese spread on a rice cake is pretty tastey
too!
