5 scoops MRM vanilla protein powder
125g philly cheese
70g butter

melt philly cheese and butter in microwave (nearly 2mins)until butter runny,mix well with protein powder until all blended.
empty into glass loaf dish or 8"square glass dish and place in fridge to set.When set cut into 8 bars and wrap in glad wrap.Keep in freezer.
