I'm new to posting to this forum, but I've been lurking for awhile. I love all the ideas and motivation.
Anyway, this is one of my favorite appetizers to take to parties. It is lo carb and absolutely delicious. I didn't create the recipe myself, but got it from a friend who got it from a friend. I'd love to give credit where it is due, but I've never seen this published anywhere.
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 1 large can chicken buffalo wing sauce ranch or blue cheese dressing 1 cup cheddar cheese celery sticks
Spread cream cheese in a small casserole dish. Drizzle buffalo wing sauce over the cream cheese. Drain the chicken well, and crumble over the sauce. Drizzle dressing over the chicken. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with celery sticks for dipping.
