This recipe happened by mistake.. lol. I was heating up some pepperoni slices for my kids and I left them too long in the mircrowave. They turned hard and crispy. So the next go round, I put cheese and some diced ham on top. It was great! Quick, easy and very very few carbs. Like an infintesimal amount.. lol. Try it!
