Prepare Crust: Melt butter in small bowl. Add nuts and sweetener, mix well. Press mixture into an 8x8, 2-Quart casserole dish. Refrigerate until firm.
Cheesecake Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened (don't use Fat Free)
2/3 cup Splenda
4 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup whipped topping (don't use Lite)
Cream Splenda and cream cheese together until nearly smooth. Add lemon juice. Mix well until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour onto crust and refigerate until firm. (about 1 hour)

I really think you'll like it. It's a big hit with my whole family. You could even try the Strawberry cream cheese with it. Not sure about the carb count on it, though. Might be the same. Let me know if you like it. )

Just thought I'd share my "mini" version of this recipe with you. Sometimes I just want something sweet and don't feel like making the entire recipe.
1/4 cup english walnuts (crushed) 2 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 Tbsp. splenda 1 capful lemon juice 2 Tbsp. whipped topping
Mix together and ENJOY! (I think this would be the same as one serving of the larger recipe.)
I've found that just a little of this goes a long way. My sweet tooth is satisfied after about 3 or 4 bites.. lol
