My mother saw an infomercial for that Magic Bullet mixer and decided that the 2 for the price of 1 deal was too good to pass up. Needless to say, I got one from her a week ago.
They have a cheescake recipe that made for the Thanksgiving dessert I took to my in-laws using Splenda instead of the sugar. It was so good. The recipe calls for one of the prepared graham cracker crusts and it does fill the entire thing, however I used ground almonds instead.
One 8 ounce brick of cream cheese 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla half a cup of Splenda
Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes
I have made this three times in the past week, twice as individual cupcake sized servings. I have got to try making a caramel sauce this weekend with Splenda to drizzle on it.
