This is a great dessert and a filling, sweet-tooth-satisfying between meals treat.
Total carbs: 33 grams
I have no idea how many servings this provides because I ate it one spoonful at a time directly out of the bowl..(shhhh ) I do know that it took me about 3 days to finish the whole bowl.
Ingredients:
2 regular sized boxes any flavor sugar-free jell-o
3 cups whipped topping
Preparation: Mix jell-o per package instructions, place into refrigerator until it has begun to set. Remove and whip with mixer on high until frothy. (It should be set enough to hold the bubbles you are introducing) Add whipped topping and whip until fully blended. Place in refrigerator until fully set.
I was very surprised how filling just a small amount of this is, and it definately takes care of that sweet-tooth.

I remember this one! It was originally done in a pie shell and was called a "Dream Pie"! Oh man they were good! Posts: 235 | From: Long Island, NY | Registered: May 2004

Hey! I forgot about the "Dream Pie". I remember that! I just recently bought a low-carb pie crust. I'll give it a try and post back here soon! Thanks DubhBas!
