Chicken Tenders
2 lbs of chicken tenders (I used dark meat) 2 eggs pork rinds any herbs you desire (here I added just a scant 1/4 C. of LC bake mix, to negate some of the salty taste of the pork rinds) I used coconut oil to fry them in.
crush the pork rinds till they look like crumbs...add spices to the crumbs....dip chicken in eggs then roll in crumbs then fry in oil till crispy...they are delicious

You would have .18 carbs if you used two eggs,pork rinds usually have zero, but look at your bag to be sure. I used the zero carb bake mix in mine, and maybe one or two carbs for the spices, divide that by the number of servings you get and I would say just trace amounts per serving.
