I cook this for our local football team everyweek for a pregame meal. I make it for my family all the time

1 bag of skinless boneless chicken breast,
(I buy the walmart brand)

1 bottle of no carb italian salad dressing

Cover chicken with water, add dressing, heat to boil, turn down to lmedium simmer and let cook down till dressing turns into a thick like gravy.

DELICIOUS!

This sounds wonderful! I love cooking different chicken meals. Im going to the store tonight so I'm gonna get some Italian dressing and try it! Cant wait! [Big Grin]
