Serving Size: 1 slice Total Carbs: 90 (45 per pizza) Carbs Per Serving: about 7.5 (depending on the cheese of your choice and the number of slices you get from each pizza)
Ingredients:
1 MiniCarb Parmesan Herb Pizza Crust Mix (*See Note)
1/2 lb. hamburger meat
5-6 slices of packaged ham
1 bag turkey pepperoni
1-1 1/2 cups of low carb ketchup (mine has 1 net carb per Tbsp.)
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
2 cups shredded mozarella cheese
any other toppings you like
Prepare: Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. (You will have 2 loaves of pizza dough.) Brown hamburger meat, chop peppers and onions. Spread ketchup evenly over crust. Add bell peppers, onions, ham, hamburger meat, pepperoni, (any other ingredients you want), and the shredded cheese of your choice. Top with the mozarella cheese, put back into oven and bake until done.
I serve mine with a side dish of low carb ranch dressing with has 0 net carbs.
