I've been on South Beach for about 3 weeks now. Lost about 6-7 pounds the first two (Yeah!) But had a problem with one of the recipes last night. It's the broiled sole in light cream sauce. It acually calls for 1 full cup of worcestershire sauce. Argh! It tasted awful, smelled awful, and was awfully expensive! (The house still smells awful, almost 24 hours later with open doors and fans!) Any ideas on if there have been errata published on the ingredients in SB diet recipes so I can correct anything else that might be that awful in the future!??! Also, any way to help this recipe turn into something usable? (Like I said in the subject line, main South Beach Diet book, 4th edition, page 225. (You'd think they'd have corrected it if there had been an error by that edition!) Ingredients: 3 T I can't believe it's not butter, 1 c worcestershire sauce, 1/4 c fat free 1/2 and 1/2, 4 sole fillets, broiled. Thanks!

I just went and looked in the book.........I have no idea what edition it is but the recipe in my copy calls for "white wine" Worchestershire sauce. Does your edition say white wine or just Worchestershire sauce?
I would think that replacing half with an equal portion of say maybe chicken stock would work.
