1 1/2 teaspoons baking powdwe
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 tablwspoons of flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 1/2 cup soy milk
1 cups finely chopped nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup soy flour
2 tablespoons of vital wheat gluten
(add 1 -2 teaspoon water if to thick)

Mix the dry ingredients together. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients together. Combine the two together and mix well. Put on hot griddle and the edges are dry and bubbles form on top, turn over and finish cooking.
