The 10-in. Everyday Pan is an all-purpose pan. Use it for searing, browning and sautéing vegetables and meats. The 2 loop handles make for easier lifting, and the heavyweight, domed stainless steel lid prevents the moisture from escaping and allows heat to easily circulate.
This pan can also be used in the oven, up to 450 degrees, so it is GREAT for making recipes that require stovetop-to-oven transitions.
