This is my second attempt at low carbing it. I lost 30 pounds about four years ago on Atkins but over the years have gained it all back plus an extra ten for good meaure sigh... Anyway what worked once will work again or so I hope. I have added a secret ingredient which really helps with the carb cravings something really simple which so far has worked. I won't post where I found it but if you want to know you can leave me a personal message and I will get back to you right away. Anyway I am bound and determined to get back to my goal weight of 15o for a 5'9'' 44 year old woman. I felt best at that weight. I started my diet (plan) whatever May 1st and I am down to 175 a fourteen pound loss but cannot attribute it to Protein Power just cutting calories. I know staying on 1200 calories is no longer doable for me so I want to try the low carb way and picked up a great low carb cook book by Dana Carpenter that looks really good. I found this URL
