Hello I am new to this board however I have had success with LC in the past. A few minor health problems & a weight gain have brought me back. I started yesterday & know the first day is the hardest.
I am looking forward to getting to know the members here.

I don't think the first day is the hardest. It's the fourth or fifth day that is the hardest. You could probably do very well for the first two or three days.
