Hi! I'm new here, but not to low carbing. I started low carb March 8, 2004, I weighed 365 pounds and wore a tight size 28. Now I weigh 218 and I wear a size 16. I do 8 hours of exercise a week, but the weight is coming off a little slower. I know I'm building muscle, because I can see a difference and I'm firming up.

Hi Songberries and welcome. It's nice to have you. You're doing a wonderful job! Please remember that muscle weighs more than fat so that may be why the weight is coming off slower............keep up the good work.
