Tiffany, My biggest problem with LC diet [started 4/20/03] is: I am the kind of cook that doesn't usually use recipes. And I have a difficult time figuring out the counts. I do have a book of counts, but often it is just too complicated to convert. Is there anyway you could have this kind of thing on this site. I think it would be useful to everyone who does not own the program to do this [I think it's called Mastercook?]
