3 boneless chicken breasts*
1 large white onion*
1 8 oz. block of cream cheese
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 cup (or more) of heavy whipping cream
frozen broccoli/fresh/whatever*
1 can of Campbells cream of celery soup

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Dice the onion. Place the chicken and onion into a frying pan and add liberal amounts of oil, salt, and pepper.

In a saucepan, place a couple tablespoons of butter, maybe 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, and the entire block of cream cheese.
While the onions and chicken are cooking, break up the cream cheese and stir the sauce mixture until everything is disolved (using a whisk helps). Add the can of cream of celery soup and then fill the empty can with water twice and add that. Then add the broccolli, stir, and put on low. Add salt and pepper.. lots of pepper.

Cook the chicken and onions until the onions cook down and are browned, then add to the sauce mixture (add the oil too!). Cook on low and add more salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!!

***When I make this, I used 4 chicken breasts and 1 16oz bag of frozen broccoli. Since carb counts vary for different brands of soup, cream cheese, etc., you should do your own according to what you use. You will probably find it to be somewhere around 70-90 for the whole batch (I'm not sure how many servings it makes---maybe 8?). Something you could do to bring the carb count down some would be to use 1/2 of an onion, but it won't be as strong. Or try making your own cream of celery soup and then add the other ingredients. But I encourage you to make this "as is" the first time so that you know what you are trying to achieve when you use substitutions. It really is GOOD!

Sheri, I ran your recipe through a Recipe Program (it uses the USDA food nutrition values), using the 8 serving recommendation.

One serving has:
Carbs 2mg
Fat 2g
Protein 1g
And if you're watching calories = 25
I won't bore you with the rest.

Other recipe programs may have different results, though this one seems to be fairly accurate.
