Hello, I need movitation.I lost 70lbs.five years ago on Protien Power.Gained 45 back in the last two years. Don't have anything to wear.I start over every day,but don't make 24hrs.Today I weigh 214.My goal is to get back to 165.

Well, if you look over your statistics like you would your financial statement - you still have positve net worth of 25! (I'm no accountant lol) You've got to look at the positives! There are a lot of great motivational ideas out there, but one that I'm doing well with is Jorge Cruise's 8 Minutes in the Morning. Everyday is a wake up talk. Even before I started his strength training (hence the 8 minutes) I would do the wake up talk, whatever time of day was good for me. He also has a simple, effective eating plan, however I'm still doing Atkins at this point, but working in his ideas.
