I have maintained for 8 months, I still do not eat fruit or starch or breads, i tried limiting them and for me it did not work and i gained, so i eat under 50 carbs a day to maintain, i eat meat cheese eggs, low carb shakes, and a ton low carb veggies. i guess i will have to do this till i die or be 304 pounds again, i love being 135 so i guess i will just keep doing what works for me and enjoy the good health and energy i do have
