Doing great so far! Woohoo!
Can really see a difference in my chin! [Smile]

I'm amazed how fast it's coming off this time around. I think because I'm eating completely natural foods...no Frankenfoods this time.

Noticed interesting correlation: my biorhythm or something must lead me to start diets in late February... my original diet started almost the same day 8 years ago!

Started new antidpressants and the weight is coming on even though I'm being very strict about my LC lifestyle. Expected to lose weight with this particular medicine, but apparently my body isn't part of the "norm" group.

OK an update... I am not low-carbing anymore. Why?

BECAUSE I'M PREGNANT!

Yey!

Low-carbing during pregnancy can be very dangerous for your growing fetus. Ketones can cause birth defects or even miscarriage! And since your baby needs TONS of nutrients from various sources (including carbohydrates,) it's important to NOT restrict your intake.
