men seem more disciplined to me on diets. My husband stays below 20 carbs. He has low carb icecream often, he has lost 42 lbs in 9 weeks. He started at 257 and now is at 215. He runs about 3 miles a day and walks two. He loves veggies, I hate them, I have trouble staying on the diet. I am back on again, I have went from 233 to about 219. But I have fell off several times this last 9 weeks. Wish me luck I have a 20 yr class reunion in 5 weeks and would love to at least be below 200, even if its 199!
