I have been at 181 now for two weeks so I think I need to cut back on some calories this week. So I have started Monday off with eating some much lower calorie foods and I have promise myself not to snack between meals!

Same here it has been 3 weeks and I am still at 220. I have started using fitday.com and it helps keep track of Calories and Carbs. I like it a lot and I think it might help.I can also keep my journal there.

I also changed my low carb diet this week (really just this weekend)to lower fat, no between meal snacking, and increased water. I lost about 5lbs and weighed in at 182. I am sure I will fluctuate, but am very excited to be back on the losing track. I am also walking M-F with a friend who is trying a calorie count approach.
