You beat me Herbal. Good job on the 3lbs. I stayed the same no loss no gain. I need to start walking or riding my bike. I am just very happy I had no gain. I did this last time didn't lose for 2 or 3 weeks and then I lost 3lbs. Try harder this week. Someone told me I should be eating more, I have no more than 10 or 15 a day, is that true?

I have been on my wol meals for 7 months now.I had lost weight before and stayed at my ideal weight for 5 years. I was in a car accident and one thing lead to another and I put alot of weight on and one day as I was trying on cloths and the 24 blouses was pulling on me I said no way was I going to special order my cloths thru catologs. So I started on the plan I am on now. I don't just do low carbs. I watch sugar, fats, sodium and carbs. I do better this way cause I hate most meats and my husband even cooks his own meat cause I can't stand to smell it. No cow or pork and very little chicken. I love seafood so I eat it mostly. No special reason on the meat I just don't like the taste. On one hand I can have alot more than the true carb person (I won't call it a diet as I truely believe you are on a healthy lifechange) than on the other hand I have alot of limits. I know what my body can deal with and I stick to that. I found out early that even fruit can cause me to gain so that is something I rarely have. And I also believe you have to watch those calories too. I am glad to see that Atkins says that in his new book. Good luck on your weight lost I see you are on track so remmber each little step brings you closer to your goal. Don't rush, take your time and enjoy life as you are going!
