I've been low carbing since January and am loving it. I have tried allot of products and thought I would share how I feel about them.

Natures Own Low Carb Bread

Wonderful taste...good texture...reasonable price. About $2.50 a loaf. 5 net GOC Per Slice.

HEB Creamy Creations Low Carb Ice Cream

This was so creamy I couldn't even tell is was low carb. So much better than Atkins. 3 Net GOC per 1/4 cup serving.

Johnsonville Beef Bratwurst

These arn't really a low carb food, but instead of being 2 carbs for 2 oz, it's 2 carbs for one link. It makes it much easier to track your food when you don't have to weigh it every time and they are great on the grill!

HEB Low Carb Shake

I love the chocolate one. You can tell at first that it's a diet drink, but it's thick and creamy and much better (and cheaper) than Atkins.

Carb Options Whipped Dressing

If you're a fan of Miracle Whip, you're going to love this. It has NO carbs and it taste almost identical to Miracle Whip.

Carb Options Pastas

These where good, but the serving was way to small to completely fulfill my pasta craving. It was a bit on the salty side to. For 8 Net GOC per servings, it just wasn't worth it.

Carb Options Ketchup

1 GOC per tablespoon, taste pretty much like ketchup although I wouldn't eat it straight. Goes great with meatloaf.

Russell Stoffer Low Carb Candies

These are great! They are cheap, easy to get (at Walgreen's) and taste great. Especially the chocolate covered toffee.

I hope these help!!
