I'm writing to tell you about a bakery in Maine that I found on the web at www.mainecottagefoods.com. They make made to order brownies, cupcakes, and chocolates. I have tried all of them (repeatedly) and they are awesome! I was shocked when I tasted them, I could not believe how low carb they were and how amazing they tasted. The cupcakes are light and fluffy with smooth and thick chocolate ganache on top. The brownies come in a small pan, or in little nibbles. The nibbles are fully dipped in chocolate. The chocolate can be ordered plain, or with various nut add-ins (in milk and dark). Now that summer is here, they may not be making their chocolates. Even my husband (who doesn't low carb)loves the brownies and cupcakes! They are made with erythritol which is low carb, low glycemic, and low in gastric side effects. Some days I eat 3 cupcakes and have no problems and no weight fluctuations whatsoever. Please try them! I'm not affiliated with them in any way, I just want to get the word out so that there business thrives. Trust me, you won't find anything better.
