Someone at work just gave me a Creme Savers Sugar Free Candy. It was awesome! I can't seem to get ahold of the nutritional info to see if it has carbs (remember, some things can be sugar free and still have loads of carbs!) Does anyone know? Has anyone else tried them?
By the way, Blimpies Sub Shop has a whole low carb menu, which includes a ZERO CARB brownie!!! It is absolutely AWESOME! You cannot even tell that it is not a regular brownie. To make it even better, you could take it home and put cool whip on it!
Good luck to all!

HELP! I've been on low carb forever just because I need to keep my blood sugar down, no I'm not diabetic, but at 55 I could be if I had not taken extra care of myself. I can not seem to lose any weight and just stay at the same weight even if I stick to the induction sof weeks. Do you think it's hopeless? Does anyone else have this problem? Is there life after fat or fifty?

Hi there, I recommend the following book, The secret to Low Carb Success, by Laura Richard. I discovered I am insulin sensitive after being on a stall for 8 weeks. I now am loosing weight again. And I have much more knowledge concerning such things as sugar alcohols, aspertaine, diet sodas, etc and how they affect your weight loss. I was eating low carb but almost anything was triggering an insulin reaction. Soumya

Im new to the low carb diet. But to reply about the Sugar free creme savers. They have 13g sugar alcohol for 5 pieces. Hopefully this can help you. If you want more info. about try going to your local supermarket and you should find it in the bagged candy row.
