Splenda products I have found available recently: Flavored Sodas (IGA Markets) Ice Cream (Walmart) Jellies/Jams (Shop Rite)

I have tried the Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage by Hood. I just love it, I have tried the chocolate, the whole , and the 2% I love all three , although I always drank 2% milk , so that is what I buy. I find the milk enables me to really stick to this way of eating. Every night before bedtime, I eat one slice of Natures Own 7 Gram Wheat n Fiber bread(5 ECC) 1 Tablespoon of Carb Options peanut butter , and 4 ounces of 2% Carb Countdown milk, which is a total of 8 ECC . I keep my Ecc carbs below 20. I take Niaspan at bedtime , and that snack keeps me from flushing.

i have found a few things you guys might wanna try to go along with that milk..i bought some the other day and i love it. i found a low carb cereal made by total..its called total protein. i purchased it at wal mart in the regular cereal isle. its realy good. also , i have found that if you put just a lil bit of heavy cream (found next to the milk) which has little or no carbs, it adds the consistency that milk has..you would never know its low carb...
