In CarbHealth magazine, I read about Better Bread Crumbs from the Better Bakery, where can I purchase them, and does anyone know the carb count? I live in Central Ohio. Thanks For The Help....Patti

They have them on http://www.synergydiet.com with all the nutritional info listed.

I haven't tried these bread crumbs but I bake the magic rolls from the LC comfort foods cookbook - let them get hard and grind them. They are super. Sometimes I mix them with parmesan and seasoning for Italian style crumbs.
