I found this site last night and I want to share it with others. Please go to this site www.howstuffworks.com . Then do a search diabetic recipes and you will have loads of recipes to look at and enjoy.

I checked out the site....good stuff. If you prefer more diabetes focused information and recipes check out dLife. There are thousands of recipes. They provide ratings, nutritional information, member comments. A lot of the recipes are easy enough, especially for those who are just now trying to get back on the healthy track to controlling their diabetes.

I am one of those who lost focus. I was having trouble with making health eating a priority. This website really put things in perspective and helped me to get back on track.
