Firmfaith, first, welcome to the group. You seem to have caught us during a "downtime". We tend to post in spurts so it's possible to go for weeks without seeing any new posts.
As for your skeptisism.....did I spell that rights?.....please read through some of the past posts. You will find them more than helpful and your questions will be answered. The Forums are a wonderful place to do some research on the particular plan you are following (I'm a South Beach follower).
