however, i'm still a bit skeptical about the notion of the Atkins diet that high amount of fat is allowed.
i mean, realistically, how many grams of fat do you guys consume?
and is there any specific kind of fat that is allowed in Atkins diet(saturated, monosaturated, or polysaturated), i mean cheese seems to have lots of saturated fat, is it still ok?
i'd really appreciate your respond cause i rather feel a bit confused at the moment!!!!!!!
