I started this Carb Addicts Diets 2 years ago and found it to be kind of expensive. I loaned my book out & am wanting to try this diet again. Does anyone have a list of the foods allowable or know of a link I can visit to get this list?

Riley's Mom, remember that Sibbie is on a different diet. What applies to Atkins differs from what applies to Carb Addict's.

sorry sibbie (melissa)...I must not have read comprehended the diet you were on. you know how sometimes you can read something and some words are just "not there"? Good luck!!
