Hello all!
Here is my weekly workout:
Mon/off
Tues/chest/cardio/abs
Weds/back/cardio/abs
Thurs/shdrs/cardio/abs
Fri/legs/cardio/abs(do AM & PM 45-60 cardio)
Sat/arms/cario/abs (do AM & PM 45-60 cardio)
Sun/off
I tend to go heavy-low reps
Each excer. 5 sets 8-10 reps 5 difft.excer. each body part.
