Question for everyone out there.... I am 5'7 and used to weight 245LBS now i am down to 212 and losing rapidly (last 1.5 months). My diet is a grapefruit in the morning V8 at lunch multivitamins and B/S Chiken breast with either vegtables or rice. I feel more energy and a hugh benifits from the loss in weight I also work out for an hour in the morning (CARDIO) and 1-2 hrs in the evening (WEIGHTS/CARDIO) i plan to join the military at the end of june so the rapid weight loss is very important>..... ANY1 know if this diet is going to run me into the ground or if it is healthy i keep hearing differnt things from different people PLEASE HELP!
