My goals for exercise are to just get as much of it as I can.
I mostly like to walk. So, since I do sometimes work late, I pick the evenings that I don't work late..and the weekends...to walk each of those nights/days. I have been walking about 1-3 miles a day. Depending on what I have going on. Sometimes that is broken up into a couple of different sessions but that works for me.
