I'm reading this book and it's really good. It's very informative, funny, motivating... I think it really belongs on every low carber's shelf.
He includes info on several low-carb plans and his viewpoint on each, so it's great for those who want to start low carbing but don't know where to start: they can get an overall picture and choose the plan that fits their needs best, and buy only that book (in addition to this of course).
But it also has so much info about low-carbing myths, health, tips, resources, etc that it's really useful for anyone who plans on sticking to this WOL for good.

I totally agree. That's how I found this site. I've been doing Atkins for around 3 months but came across the revised 2005 version of Living the Low Carb Life today in the bookstore. I have just finished reading it.
Extremely well written, informative and while Jonny definitely prefers some plans over others he does indicate the merits of all.
