I don't watch my fat intake religiously, but when I can, I buy meats made with turkey. Turkey weiners, turkey bologna, turkey pepperoni. But be aware of what the label says. MOST foods that are low in fat (Lite or Fat-Free), actually have more carbs per serving. That doesn't have to be a bad thing, just make sure you account for the extra carbs.
I'm always looking for different things to eat that are low-carb/low-fat to incorporate into my meals. If you know of any, post them here!

JUST EAT TURKEY BREAST<--its much better for you than PROCESSED JUNK like turkey sausages!! Ground Turkey Breast or regular, you can always make your own "sausages" with your OWN spices and toppings! Try it, youll feel a lot better about your fat intake and you will DEF. loose more pounds!! Always trying to help, Gigi
