yes im new to this site and i would like a buddy to help me through this transition...ive been overweight most of my life now im getting tired of this lifestyle and would like help...i would like to know what is low carb and how do i go by doing this...so if there is anyone one here thats been were ive been please help because i could use it...Thanks..

My personal opinion is..you should go out and buy the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book..and read and re-read it.

I would not tell anyone to start this plan before they have read the book.

I have lost 47 pounds on this plan so far and I love it.

You can do it too..

Malitol is a sugar alcohol used in place of sweetners in a lot of the premade low-carb products. It's something we try to avoid.
