Hello!
I just wanted to say that I'm a newbie to this board. I've been watching what I'm eating and mainly staying away from the carbs. I am in a wedding in the fall and am wanting to lose about 20 - 30 pounds before then. I thought that this board would be good for my motivation!!

Hi Belle. I'm new here as well. I've just started the Atkins diet about three days ago. I have just started going to the gym with a personal trainer so I'm hoping to change a lot by fall. Good luck to you and hopefuly we will find support and motivation here.
